D'Aria Music Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, crisp wine with tropical fruit aromas and flavours and hints of gooseberries and fig.
 
This easy-drinking wine is a blend of three classic white varieties designed to deliver a fresh mouthful, distinguished by tropical fruit flavours, to be enjoyed by all tastes.
 
Ideal as a summer wine to be enjoyed with light meals, including delicate seafood dishes.

D'Aria Blush Rosé 2015

D'Aria Blush RoséA blend of two varieties considered the classics of the Durbanville wine ward, with fresh, crisp Sauvignon blanc flavours combining with Merlot’s red berry fruits. Made in a just off-dry style, the wine appears dry and promises broad appeal.
 
The Merlot grapes are picked by hand at an early stage; while the Sauvignon blanc grapes, also picked by hand, are allowed longer hang time. The varieties are pressed and fermented separately, the Merlot given just a hint of skin contact to impart delicate colour to the wine. The two wines are then blended in a 60:40 ratio.
 
Can be enjoyed with light meat dishes, especially white meats, and complements seafood, pizza and pasta, as well as cheese platters and salads.

D'Aria Sauvignon Blanc

The D'Aria Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked by hand and placed into small lug boxes. At the cellar, berries are again sorted by hand before going into the press.
 
After pressing, the juice spends about 24 hours on the skins before being transferred into 1000-litre stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After three months on the lees, a selection is made from the various tanks and blended together.
 
Seafood dishes are the perfect fit with D'Aria Sauvignon Blanc. The combination will present an explosion of flavours. Also an ideal pairing with chicken, vegetable dishes and salads.

D'Aria The Songbird Sauvignon Blanc
D'Aria The Songbird Sauvignon Blanc - A serious food wine calling for white meats, from fish and shellfish to chicken and pork.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are picked by hand and placed into small lug boxes. At the cellar, berries are again sorted by hand before going into the press. After pressing, the juice spends about 24 hours on the skins. Most is then transferred into 1000-litre stainless steel tanks for fermentation, while a small amount (about twenty percent) goes into a ceramic egg for fermentation. After three months on the lees, a selection is made from the various tanks and blended with the ceramic egg component.

DESCRIPTION: A complex Sauvignon blanc, combining aromas and flavours of green pepper, asparagus and gooseberries with tropical fruit and hints of grapefruit on the finish. The palate is full, yet elegant.

FOOD: A serious food wine calling for white meats, from fish and shellfish to chicken and pork. Ideal with vegetarian dishes as well.

D'Aria Music Red is a composition of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blended to an accessible, easy-drinking wine for everyday enjoyment.
 
The juicy red fruit and berries on the nose and palate are complemented by hints of French oak.
 
Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. The Shiraz is then matured for 4-6 months with oak staves.
 
Pair with Roast beef, lamb casseroles, grilled pork and pasta dishes.

D'Aria merlot is a medium-bodied wine designed to emphasise rich, plum fruit complemented by gentle tannins acquired through judicious wooding.
 
The grapes are picked by hand and undergo further sorting at the cellar. Fermentation takes place in 15 000-litre stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for nine months in small French oak barrels.
 
This wine pairs well with meat dishes such as game (venison), beef stew, roast lamb, duck (particularly with a fruity sauce), as well as rich fish such as tuna and salmon.

D'Aria Cabernet / Merlot is a serious Bordeaux red blend that reflects a combination of rich dark red fruits and well balanced oak. A well balanced and elegant wine.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. Wine is then matured for 12 months in 225 litre French oak vats.

D'Aria SV Shiraz 2013

D'Aria SV ShirazAn interesting blend of fruit-driven Shiraz and a small percentage of Viognier. The spicy characteristics of Shiraz are complemented by the floral notes of Viognier.
 
Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. Wine is matured for 12 months in a combination of 225 litre French and American oak vats.
 
Pair with beef steak, veal, spicy food and pastas dishes.

A rich dark red wine with ripe red fruits and pepper on the nose, complimented by black berries and spices on the palate with dark chocolate finish.
